Bombay High Court: One can attend the hearing in the Bombay High Court ‘online’

Nagpur:  NpNews24 Online – It is not necessary to personally attend a hearing in the Bombay High Court. Following in the Supreme Court’s footsteps, the High Court has also taken the lead to organise hearings online. (Bombay High Court)

 

The facility was started at the Nagpur and Aurangabad benches of the Bombay High Court from last week. Plaintiffs, defendants or their lawyers will have to apply to participate in the hearing. Petitioners will be given the link. Through the link, the petitioner or defendants can attend the hearing.

 

The online hearing will be suspended once the case is heard. At present, this facility is provided only to the persons associated with the case and has not been provided to the public.
