Pune Crime News: 10-year-old minor molested at Kondhawe-Dhawade; 23-year-old youth arrested
PUNE: NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A 23-year-old youth molested a 10-year-old girl on a road when she was going home after attending her tuition at Kondhawe-Dhawade. The incident took place on Tuesday (October 10) opposite Kondhwa Gate. An FIR has been registered against a 23-year-old youth under the POCSO Act and he has been arrested. (Pune Crime News)
The victim’s mother has lodged a complaint at the Uttam Nagar police station. Accordingly, an FIR has been registered Dharamgiri Premgiri Goswami (23), a resident of NDA, under sections 354, 365, 511 and sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
According to the complaint lodged by the complainant, her 10-year-old daughter was coming home after attending her tuition class on Tuesday. At that time, the accused hugged her and performed an obscene act. He tried to kidnap the girl. After she come to know about this, the complainant went to the police station. The police have registered an FIR against the accused and arrested him. API Pawar is carrying out further probe.
