Those who thought only about the happiness of others in life, considered the happiness of others as their own happiness. This cancer hospital is named after Dharmaveer Anand Dighe, who worked to reduce the suffering of others. This moment is very precious for me.we are among those who consider society’s sorrow as our sorrow rather than family’s sorrow. This hospital was desperately needed by the society. State-of-the-art facilities will be created in this hospital. A good initiative will start here. All kinds of help will be provided by the government for this hospital. We still celebrate the 31st of December by donating blood. This tradition was started by Dighe Saheb. We are what we are because of him. Today, even though I am the Chief Minister, I work as an activist and will continue to do so.”

Deputy chief minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed his gratitude to chief minister Eknath Shinde for establishing Dharamveer Anand Dighe Cancer Hospital in Thane.

Fadnavis said,” RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat and spiritual guru Deepak Bhai are present in this program under the guidance of lakhs of service work, it is a very important day. Dharmaveer Anand Dighe was seen as a leader who served more than politics. His legacy is being carried forward by CM Shinde. Good work is being done through Jito Trust. With Jito and the Jain community behind him, he does not lack resources. A large amount of service work is being done across the country through this trust.

He said, unfortunately there is a huge increase in the incidence of cancer across the country. Cancer patients will increase by 2035. This disease is the second largest killer disease in the world. This disease affects not only the sick person but also the entire family. A cancer hospital is coming up in Thane city through Tata Cancer Hospital. A temple of love and service is happening all around. It is believed that the patient who comes to this hospital will get better.”

Mohan Bhagwat while expressing his views said, “The need of the day is better education and health. There is lack of facilities in our country. Despite the desire, good education, health facilities are not available. These facilities should be within easy reach. A cancer hospital is a must have in the present times. All this is happening due to the changing routine (life style) of human beings and psychosomatic diseases. A cancer hospital is a service function. Sense is important in today’s life. If you do good, good will come to you. If you give good, you will receive good. If you have the feeling of working only for profit, there will be no profit. We have to believe that only if we do good, it will be good. Efforts should be made to remove suffering from everyone’s life.”

Bhagwat further said, ” It is necessary to have a cancer hospital in the state that is accessible and affordable to all. In our country everything is seen in spiritual terms. Purity, consciousness are important. Sivakarya is life service. It is necessary to do only service work without ever bringing to mind that I have done it. One should communicate with those whom one is serving, one should strive to give them what is better. When the whole world was defeated by Corona at that time, a picture was seen that everyone stood together against Corona in India. All of them faced the crisis with one goal in faith. Good works make society. Society and country are changing. Even the biggest and common person in the country is doing good work for the society and the country with selfless spirit. In the near future our country will be ahead in all good things. In the end, he expressed his belief that our country will surely become a guide to the whole world.”

President of Jito Education and Medical Trust Ajay Asher inaugurated the program. In his introduction, he gave the information about the service work done by Jito Education and Medical Trust in various fields through video tapes. He also informed that more than six hundred beds will be planned in this hospital with all kinds of health facilities and the needy cancer patients will also have the facility of advanced croton therapy and food arrangements for the relatives accompanying the patients at a very low price.
