Solapur: Woman killed mysteriously in the darkness of night; Police clueless

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- Kranti Ashruba Darade, wife of Ashruba Darade was killed mysteriously during the midnight and the way how the incident came into light will surprise you the same way as it did to the other local residents of the area.

The deceased woman was a resident of Panchagarh city at Vairag who was living with her husband along with her four children, Ashwini (age 13), Apeksha (11), Avinash (7) and Avishkar (age 4)

The deceased’s mother, Radhabai Pundalik Munde filed a complaint in Vairag Police station against the unknown culprit.

After, the married couple had a dispute among themselves, Kranti moved to Maheri Tadgaon in the month of April and May along with her children. Also, they had been living in rented accommodation with their children in Panchagarh area of Vairag since last seven months.

According to information on Thursday night, as usual, she cooked food for her children, made them fall asleep and later no one has clue what exactly happened during the midnight.

Kranti’s 11-year-old daughter, Apeksha called her maternal grandmother, Radhabai Pundalik Munde (deceased’s mother) to inform about her mother’s murder. Munde immediately left from Tadgaon. After reaching Vairag and witnessing the tragic spot, she went to Vairag police station and filed a complaint. Police immediately rushed to the spot and started investigating on the case.

According to the information given to the police, by 11-year old girl, Apeksha said that, “At around 8 pm, two children between ages of 18 to 20 came to their house. About ten o’clock, we went to sleep after having our food.  And at around three o’clock in the midnight when she woke up, she saw her mother lying in a pool of blood.

The dead body of the deceased was sent to Vairag Primary Health Center. According to the preliminary inspection, the autopsy reports revealed that she was murdered with a sharp weapon.

She had wounds on the neck, back, arms and throat as if those areas were attacked. This case has been currently handed over to Police Inspector, Sudhakar Kore, who is clueless of the murder and is still probing into. The murder has created a terror among the people in Vairag and are in utter surprise.
