Deepika-Katrina cold war ends, says- ‘I have made peace with Katrina’

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh got married recently, after which the cold war which was going on between Deepika and Katrina finally ended.

History has witnessed various fights between the two, but since when Katrina Kaif has been seen attending Deepika and Ranveer’s marriage things have said to become normal.

Recently, just a day after Deepveer’s marriage, Deepika Padukone was seen following Katrina Kaif on Instagram. The two who were rivals have now finally turned into friends.

The main reason of the two’s rivalry was Ranbir Kapoor who after breaking up with both the girls, is now in a relationship with Alia Bhatt. Deepika, who was in depression and in stress for a long time after break up with Ranbir Kapoor is finally now happy after getting married to Ranveer Singh.

The fight was more prominent when Katrina was spotted in bikini with Ranbir Kapoor, on which Deepika had said that ‘if I was in such a situation, I would have been extremely careful about my appearance’. This had triggered a lot of dispute between the two.

On briefing her relationship with Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone has cleared it out saying that, “I made my peace with her…I’ve always been fond of her.”

Katrina on this told media that, “I was invited by them for sure and the instinct in my heart was to go, I felt I would like to go. There was no other thought behind it.”

She added further, “We had very nice, warm and a happy night. There was a lot of love and we all danced and ate and had great fun! I was there till the wee hours of the morning,”

Katrina had earlier confessed in an interview that her break up with Ranbir Kapoor was a ‘blessing’. She gave this interview just after Deepika’s marriage.

While Ranbir’s present was missing in the marriage, although according to reports, he was invited by Ranveer Singh, but due to his personal reasons he could not appear.
