Pune based drunkard stabs himself to death!

Pune: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- World can be a happy place to live in until you get addicted to something which can give your life a tragic end. One such incident took place in a Pune based village in which a young drunkard man stabbed himself to death.

The incident took place in Kavate Yemai village in Shirur taluka on Friday night. Yogesh Ashok Lalge (34) is the name of the deceased. He after getting badly drunk returned back home, stabbed a sharp knife into his stomach.

Yogesh was living in a rented house with his wife and his 6-year old daughter in Kavethi Yamai village in Shirur Taluka.

He came home drunk and stabbed knife about which he told his wife too. However, due to the wounds being minor, she tried to heal the wounds with the help of cotton inside the house and out of fear that Yogesh might commit something really serious, his wife left the house and went to her maternal uncle’s at Rawdevadi for a night’s stay that very moment. Yogesh was a frequent drunker and returning home drunk was his daily job of which his wife was well aware and did not like it, just like any other woman.

Later when his wife returned back home at around 9:30 in the morning, she found Yogesh lying dead. She cross checked and to her surprise found dead.

Accordingly, a complaint has been lodged with the Shirur Police in the year. The police has registered an incident and has reported accidental death.

Meanwhile, since Yogesh was jobless for a long time, he was into depression and hence got addicted to alcohol badly. The villagers, relatives and friends tried to keep Yogesh away from the addiction. However, everything was in vain. Yogesh had attempted suicide earlier too.
