Retired IG’s daughter commits suicide; was about to get married tomorrow
PATNA: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- A girl’s wedding is her dream come true and what if before her marriage she is bound to take such an extreme step? What if she chooses to end her life before starting a new phase of her life? In a tragic incident a retired IG’s daughter took this dreadful step.
On Sunday, a retired IG’s daughter of Patna jumped off to death from a building’s terrace and reportedly she was about to get married on Monday.
According to the apartment’s guard, “I met her on ground floor and she told me that she was going to the 12th floor. She came in a car and climbing upstairs, she went straight towards the top floor whereas the driver took the car out of the apartment. Immediately after which, we heard a voice and saw her lying in a pool of blood on the ground. I had never this woman before”.
And, the deceased’s driver Krishna Yadav said, “E left from house early in the morning around 7 o’ clock and before halting here, we had went to another apartment. After leaving from there, we came to this apartment and I sat outside inside the car when she went upstairs.”
Senior Police inspector of Patna, Manu Maharaj said that it is the primary stage of investigation and police is investigating on all the suspected aspects in this case. He also informed that no suicide note has been found out from the spot.
The deceased’s family is in utter shock and is unable to bear the demise of her beloved daughter and hence the police did not ask any questions further to them. According to information, the deceased was a doctor by profession and was recently engaged.
The most surprising part of the entire case is that she committed suicide just before a day of her marriage. The deceased’s dead body has been sent for the post-mortem and are further probing into it.
The case is a challenge to the police, as they have to inspect all the links connected to the mysterious suicide. The police has though stated that in this primary stage of investigation, a mobile has been found.
