लॉकडाउन में Shilpa Shetty ने बनाया फिटनेस प्रोग्राम, ‘इस’ App पर मुफ्त में हैं उपलब्ध , फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट के तहत बड़ा कदम

नई दिल्ली:एन पी न्यूज 24 –  देश में कोरोना के कोप की वजह से 21 दिनों का लॉकडाउन है. ऐसे में फिटनेस फ्रिक शिल्पा शेट्टी ने हेल्थ इज वेल्थ यानी स्वास्थ्य ही जीवन के महत्व को समझाने के लिए एक वेट लॉस प्रोग्राम बनाया है. लोग इस प्रोग्राम का फायदा उठाकर खुद को घर में फिट रख सकते हैं.

शिल्पा ने फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट  के अंतर्गत यह फिटनेस प्रोग्राम तैयार किया है, जो कि उनकी मोबाइल एप पर फ्री में उपलब्ध है. इसमें एक्सरसाइज से लेकर संपूर्ण डायट प्लान दिया गया है.

Cleaning and tending to the garden for these last few days. This lockdown time has made me realise and remember that having help in any form is one of those few things we should always appreciate. Our lives become so much easier because of all our house help/staff but unfortunately, sometimes we only realise this in times like these. शिल्पा ने यह जानकारी देते हुए कहा ऐसे संकट के समय में यह बहुत जरुरी है कि लोग  फिजिकली और मेंटली फिट रहें. मैं अपने ऐप में 21 दिनों का एक्सरसाइज डायट प्लान लेकर आई हूं. आशा है कि 21 दिनों के वेट लॉस प्रोग्राम में लोग बड़ी संख्या में भाग लेंगे. इस लॉकडाउन में अपने स्वास्थ्य पर ध्यान देने का इससे अच्छा  मौका नहीं मिल सकता.
