The strict actions against the Visa rules imposed by Trump administration have limited the job prospects for students who migrates and who have graduated from US Business School.

The US President Donald Trump’s administration has given their immigration officials the right to reject any H-1B visa application immediately. The US Citizen and Immigration Service (USCIS) has the right to cancel the visa without issuing a notice of intent to request (request for evidence (RFE)) or deny any application, petition and appeal (notice of intent to deny (NOID)). Visa officials can deny your visa immediately if there is no initial evidence or proof of record in the app. This change in visa rules will be applicable from September 11.

US based companies are seeking for only those candidates who has US citizenship or work authorization in US. According to a report in The Washington Post, which analysed 25 million job advertisements. The report further states that in 2018, only 47 per cent of US companies have advertised positions accepting international candidates, a drop from 55 per cent in 2017.

The report also depicts that there is constant rise in the number of students entering US to pursue their academics. But the great loss in the work permits students are getting.
