Three puppies die after being food laced with poison; FIR registered against youth

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune Crime News | An incident has come to light wherein puppies were given rat poison and killed because of the disturbance they were causing. Aniket Sanjay Rajput (28), a resident of Warje Malwadi, has lodged a complaint at the Warje police station (86/23). Accordingly, the Warje Malwadi police have registered an FIR against Nagesh Sonvane, a resident of Warje. The incident had taken place on March 1 at Siddharth Nagar at Ram Nagar. According to the information given by the police, stray dogs used to move about in the vacant space owned by Bapu Ghangaonkar at Siddharth Chowk. Since Nagesh Sonvane was disturbed by the dogs, he gave them food which was laced with poison. This resulted in the death of three puppies. The police have registered an FIR and PSI Kale is probing the case.
