Punit Balan | Padma Shri Sivamani, Sadanand More, Jayant Patil, Chitra Wagh, MLA Ravindra Dhangekar seek blessings of the deity of Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune News | Many dignitaries like Talsamrat Padma Shri Sivamani, senior philosopher and writer Sadanand More, senior NCP leader Jayant Patil, BJP leader Chitra Wagh, MLA Ravindra Dhangekar, Congress leader Mohan Joshi, Joint Secretary of Home Department of the state government Kailas Gaikwad, Addl SP of Pune Rural Police Mitesh Ghatte, actress Kainaat Arora actor Shiv Thakare and others sought the blessings of the deity of the Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust, which is the first public Ganesh mandal in the country. They were honoured by the Trustee of Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust and Festival Head Punit Balan. (Pune News)

The morning aarti was performed by paraplegic soldiers. Later, the soldiers were honoured by the trust’s President Sanjiv Javle. In the afternoon, BJP leader Chitra Wagh sought the blessings of Ganpati and performed an aarti. Later, NCP leader Jayant Patil arrived and he also performed an aarti.

 

 

At 7 pm, Tal Samrat Padma Shri Sivamani worshipped the musical instruments. Members of Yuva musical troupe of Vande Mataram Sanghatana, Rudrang musical troupe, Kalavant musical troupe, Abhedya musical troupe, Shivsamrajya musical troupe and Shivvardhan musical troupe collectively worshipped the musical instruments.

Meanwhile, Congress MLA of Kasba Peth Ravindra Dhangekar and senior Congress leader Mohan Joshi also sought blessings of the deity. They were honoured by Punit Balan. The maha aarti started at 8 pm. Senior philosopher and writer Sadanand More, Joint Secretary of Home Department of the state government Kailas Gaikwad and Addl SP of Pune Rural Police Mitesh Ghatte performed the maha aarti. Actress Kainaat Arora and actor Shiv Thakare also sought blessings of the deity.

 

Since Sunday was a holiday, there was a huge rush of devotees to seek blessings of Lord Ganesh. There was a massive crowd in the evening. A large number of devotees took part in the maha aarti. Till late in the night, there were serpentine queues to seek blessings of the deity. Many dignitaries also sought blessings of Lord Ganesh late in the night.
