PUNE : Pune Crime News | The Wanawadi police have arrested two people for house break-ins. Goods worth ₹2.38 lakh have been seized from them.
The accused have been identified as Abhishek Subhash Jadhav (21), a resident of Wanawadi and Mayur Mahendra More. On May 10, 2023, a house break-in incident had been reported in the limits of Wanawadi police station. Goods worth ₹2.88 lakh had been stolen. When officials and policemen were searching for the robbers when they got information about the accused.
The police apprehended the accused. After confirmation from witnesses and the accused’s admission about their involvement in the robbery, the Wanawadi police arrested the accused. The police have seized 36 gm gold and silver ornaments of 150 gm totally worth ₹2.38 lakh from them.
Police Commissioner Retesh Kumaarr, Joint CP Sandeep Karnik, Addl CP Ranjan Kumar Sharma, DCP Vikrant Deshmukh, ACP Pournima Taware guided Sr PI Bhausaheb Patare, PI Sandeep Shivle, PSI Santosh Sonvane, policemen Atul Gaikwad, Amjad Pathan, Santosh Naik, Mahesh Gadhve, Sandip Salve, Vishnu Sutar, Rahul Gosavi, Nilaknath Rathod, Amol Gaikwad, Vitthal Chormale, policewoman Manisha Sutar and policewoman Sonam Bhagat in taking the action.
