Unbelievable : See why man pulls chain of the Shatabdi Express?

NPnews24 online : New Delhi – In a bizzare incident, a man travelling in Shatabdi Express from Delhi was booked for allegedly pulling the chain so that his mother could finish her breakfast before getting down. Incident took place when man with his mother travelling from New Delhi-Bhoapl Shatabdi Express.

Man who pulled a chain has been identified as Manish Arora of East Delhi. He pulled a chain at Mathura Junction so that his mother could finish her breakfast before they alighted into the platform.

Later on he was nabbed and booked under section 141 of the Railways Act. But man was later, released on bail. CB Prasad, station house officer, Railway Protection Force (RPF) were travelling in the C-8 coach of the train and had to get down at Mathura.

As soon he booked man confessed the crime and admitted to pulling the chain. During interrogation, the man said he did so to allow his mother extra time to finish the breakfast that was served in the train. “Manish Arora was booked for unauthorised interference in the conduct of railways. He was granted bail and allowed to go with his mother and another relative,” said Prasad.
