Pune: Six Minors Attack School Boy In Heated Dispute Over Torn Bag in Pimpri

Pune: Six minors in Pimpri ruthlessly stabbed a schoolboy in the stomach, leaving him seriously injured. The gruesome attack was reportedly fuelled by the assailants’ anger after being questioned about tearing the victim’s school bag. Pimpri police have swiftly taken action, registering a case against the six minors involved.

The horrifying incident unfolded on Thursday, February 1, at around 5:30 p.m. on a public road in front of H.A. High School.

The victim, a minor schoolboy, reported the attack to the Pimpri Police Station on Friday (2nd). Subsequently, a case has been registered against the six assailants under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 307, 323, 504, 143, 147, 148, and 149. Additionally, notices have been issued to the parents of the accused minors.

According to the police account, the victim, on his way to school for an examination, had his school bag torn by the accused minors. When he confronted them about this act, a heated argument ensued. In a shocking escalation, one of the minors, fuelled by rage, stabbed the victim in the stomach with the apparent intention of causing serious harm or even death. The other assailants joined in, verbally abusing the victim and subjecting him to physical assault with kicks.
