Pune: Police arrest con man for allegedly impersonating a Doctor

Pune: Amit Jagannath Kamble (age 34), a con man who duped people under the pretext of being a doctor, has been arrested by the police. The accused has 21 previous criminal cases against him. The arrested is a resident of Navi Peth. A case has been registered at Bundgarden police station.

According to the police, Amit introduced himself as a doctor in Sassoon hospital in Pune. Under the pretext of selling injections at a lower price, he duped people through online transactions. Amit reportedly took money from people under the pretext of giving them injections and medicines at a lower rate.

This crime was investigated by Bundgarden police station. He was then traced and arrested for the crime. This action has been taken by the team of Sub-Inspector Ramkrishna Dalvi, Constable Sheikh, More, Santosh Pagar, Rupesh Pisal, Kailas Dukare, Sagar Ghorpade.
