Pune Crime News: Lab owner beaten other competitor lab owner employee over decline in business in Kondhwa, 3 arrested
Pune: NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A lab owner vandalizes a rival lab owner lab as his business was declining. Also, a person who came to the lab for a blood test was beaten on the hand with a sharp weapon and seriously injured. This incident took place on Tuesday, October 24 around 10 pm at Puna Diagnostic Center at Somji Chowk in Kondhwa. In this case, Kondhwa Police have arrested three persons including the owner of Medico Lab. (Pune Crime News)
The victim, Maruti Dattu Chavan (21) a resident of Laxminagar at Kondhwa in Pune has filed a complaint at Kondhwa Police Station. Accordingly, case has been registered under IPC sections 326, 506, 427, 34 of the Maharashtra Police Act against Ashish Suresh Dudhanikar (24), Dheeraj Lahu Dhele (19) both resident of Sai Niwas at Gokulnagar in Kondhwa and owner of Medico Lab Akshay Pratap Nikam (24) a resident in front of Ganapati Mandir at Gokulnagar in Kondhwa. All three have been arrested.
According to the police, ” The complainant, Maruti Chavan used to work at Puna Diagnostic Center in the Kondhwa area. Also, the accused Akshay Nikam used to have a Medico Lab in the same area. As the complainant was working in the lab the accused used to think that his business was declining because of it and he was enraged about it. Therefore, Nikam sent Ashish and Nikam at Puna Diagnostic Center and at that time a person named Suresh Shah who came for a blood test of his son was beaten by sharp weapons without any reason and even the lab was vandalised. Also, the accused Akhay Nikam threatened the complainant owner Yogesh Ghodke and others to do business properly and because of them his business was declining. The accused also said that he sent the goons to beat and scaring you. Also if you come in the way of my business I will see you.”
After Maruti Chavan filed a complaint against the three at Kondhwa police station, the police registered a case and arrested all three accused.
