Gahunje Maval Murder Case | New twist to Suraj Kalbhor murder case: Suraj’s wife admits killing him because of torture
PIMPRI : Gahunje Maval Murder Case | A shocking fact has come to the fore in Suraj Kalbhor murder which happened in Gahunje village in Maval taluka. Suraj Kalbhor was not killed by assailants but was killed by his wife by slashing his neck. A probe carried out by the police has revealed that his wife made up a story that her husband had been killed by 4-5 assailants. The facts were revealed by his wife when she was cross examined by the police.
His wife had been identified as Ankita Suraj Kalbhor and she has murdered her husband. Suraj was harassing Ankita physically and mentally. Ankita, who was fed up of the torture, took her husband’s life.
On Saturday night, Suraj harassed Ankita. She decided to kill him and decided to take him to her parents’ house. After leaving their residence in Akurdi, they went to Shirgaon and took blessings at the Saibaba temple. They later went to the farm of Ankita’s father. Ankita excused herself saying she wanted to answer nature’s call.
She saw that her husband was alone in the field and took out a knife which she had brought with her. Within seconds, she slashed his neck and smashed his head with a huge stone. Suraj lay in a pool of blood and died later. Ankita had claimed that her husband had been attacked by assailants. A probe by the police revealed the facts and it became clear that Ankita had killed her husband. Suraj Kalbhor was staying behind Star Hospital in Akurdi.
