Allegations levelled against Yuvraj Dhamale and others for cheating PMC and residents; Action sought against illegal structures
Pune : Policenama online – Pune News | The building of Rajgruhi Business Hub Commercial Premises Cooperative Society has been constructed by Yuvraj Dhamale, Vicky Sanghvi and other builders. The residents were given flats. However, there is no parking ramp, they are not able to use the parking area. It has been alleged that a gymnasium and a restaurant have been illegally started in the parking area. Hence, social worker Tushar Patil, former corporator Shankar Pawar, Rahul Bhandare and Pintu Dhadve have demanded that immediate action should be taken against the illegal construction and the builders for cheating the PMC. A gymnasium has been illegally started in the parking area on the fourth floor of the commercial building built opposite the Rajgruhi Business Hub Commercial Premises Cooperative Society and a restaurant has been started in the parking area on the fifth floor.
The Rajgruhi project has been built at survey number 62/1/2/1 and 62/1/2/2 at Kondhwa Budruk. Tushar Patil, Shankar Pawar, Rahul Bhandare and Pintu Dhadve have given an ultimatum that action should be taken against illegal structures in 2/3 days or they will take legal action.
