5 days and Crores of rupees donated to “Lal Bagh Ka Raja” by devotees

Ganesh Festival is being celebrated all over the country with great enthusiasm. This festival is very for the citizens of Maharashtra.

During this occasion, many huge marquees are decorated all over Maharashtra. And, Mumbai is one of the cities, where Ganesh festival is celebrated with great zeal, one of the most famous marquees in Mumbai, is of ‘Lal Bagh Ka Raja’. Alike every year, this time also the Marquee of Lal Bagh Ka Raja has been decorated in a grand manner.

Not only common people but celebrities also come to visit this from various parts of India as well as abroad. During this Festival there is a huge crowd of devotees here. They assemble to offer prayers to Lord Ganesha and visit ‘Lal Bagh Ka Raja’ marquee.

In last five days, crores of donation offered by the devotees have been collected at the Lal Bagh Ka Raja.

A total of Two crores 65 lakhs rupees have been collected. In which surprisingly, one devotee has offered one kilogram 271 grams of Crown of Gold plated with Diamond. This information is given by Treasurer Mangesh Dalvi.

In last few days, many Bollywood celebrities have also visited the marquee including Amitabh Bachchan and cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. Also, many political leaders like PM Narendra Modi, MNS President Raj Thackeray’s son Amit Thackeray, NCP’s MP Supriya Sule and former vice Chief Minister Ajit Pawar had also visited.

Since past few days, there is a huge crowd in the Lalbagh’s area of Mumbai. Because of which people are also facing a lot of troubles.

The pickpocketers and mobile thieves are also taking huge advantage of such crowd. In the last four days of Ganesh festival, 135 complaints of mobile thefts have been registered in the police station.
