The prime suspect of Milkman murder case’s house burnt by the crowd  

PUNE: NP NEWS 24 – The house of a prime suspect in Milkman’s murder which happened in Pune’s Aundh area has been set on fire by the angry and furious crowd.

This incident happened early in the morning on Saturday and as soon as the police got the information. Officers rushed to the spot and started the investigation. There was a tense situation as the house of the suspect in Milkman’s murder case was set on fire

On Thursday, A 28-year-old youth who had gone to deliver milk in Aundh on Tuesday morning was brutally murdered. Police suspect the incident to be the fallout of business rivalry. The deceased was identified as Rohit Ashok Junawane, a resident of Kasturba Vasahat, Aundh.

According to police, the incident took place around 6 am in Kasturba Vasahat. Junawane was doing delivery of milk when he was attacked with the sharp weapon. Local residents found him in a pool of blood and rushed him to a nearby private hospital. He died during treatment.

ACP Sameer Shaikh and ACP Bhanupratap Barge nabbed the suspects on Thursday night. They have been identified as Prateek Sunil Kadam (19), Amol Mahadev Choramale, both residents of Kasturba Vasahat, and Akash Ananda Kedari of Ambedkar vasahat, Aundh.

Police said that Prateek is the prime suspect in the case. The deceased had allegedly misbehaved with his parents.

Crime Branch team included Police Inspector Anjuman Bagwan, Police Sub-Inspector Dinesh Patil, ASI Ganesh Pawar, and policemen Gajanan Sonawane, Prashant Gaikwad, Sachin Jadhav, Ashok Mane, Sudhir Mane, Irfan Momin.

Senior police inspector Dayanand Dhome of Chatushrungi police station is further investigating the case.
