On Wednesday, teachers were seen on the roads to attract the attention towards their pending demands. Teachers have begged on the occasion of Teachers Day at Kranti Chowk, Aurangabad. Teachers had problems regarding their salary and employment and that jobs are not being confirmed to them, that is why they came on the roads and gave the holiday to schools.

“Teachers will protest for their rights, and all unaided schools from the state will remain closed. If the government does not take notice, then Maha Aadolan will be started from 2 October.” This was the statement of Khanderao Jagdale, the Vice President of Unaided School Action Committee.

Teachers have to face daily problems like lack of support from parents, sometimes criticism from the public, the unwillingness of students about learning especially in rural areas. With all these problems they have also faced challenges like handling the number of students, give updated knowledge to them, arranging parents meeting to reduce the thinking gap between students and their parents. Despite all these problems and challenges, they have complained about jobs and employment, but still, the government is not fulfilling their demands.
