Spirituality is essential to protect mankind

PUNE: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE-  Science has touched almost every aspect of society. And played a big role in the progress of human being. He has given many facilities to man, but the continuous development of science should not be a reason for destruction everything, So it is necessary to control it through spirituality to protect mankind. These thoughts were expressed by Vice-Chancellor of Nalanda University, Padma Bhushan and computer expert Dr Vijay Bhatkar.

Vijay Bhatkar was speaking as the chief guest on the occasion of the inauguration of the 23rd ‘Santas here Dnyaneshwar Tukaram Smriti Vachyanmala’.  This programme organized from November 24 to 30 jointly by UNESCO, World Peace Centre (Alandi), Mirs MIT and Santas here Dnyaneshwar Tukaram Smriti Vachyanmala Trust.

He further said that the entire world is busy in the search of peace. Despite the rapid advancement and progress in world, people are not happy. This is amazing. Walking on the path of spirituality will bring true peace and happiness.

On this occasion, the founder president of MIT World Peace University and President of UNESCO Studies- Prof. Vishwanath Karad, Advisor of World Health Organization- Dr Chandrakant Pandav, Executive President of MIT Art, Design and Technology University- Prof. Mangesh Karad, Executive Director of Mirs MIT Dr Suchitra Karad-Nagare, Dean of MIT Prof. Sharadchandr Darade-Patil, Co-ordinator of Vachyanmala Dr Milind Pande and MIT Principal Dr LK Kshirsagar were present.
