PUNE : Sale Of Houses In Pune | Despite the hike in home loan rates, recession like scenario in the world and retrenchment carried out by private companies, the sale of houses is increasing. In the second quarter of the current year, there has been an increase of 36 per cent in the sale of houses in seven metro cities.

 

 

The maximum increase has been recorded in Pune i.e. 65 per cent Anarock Research presented a report about sale of houses in the country in April to June period. The report speaks about Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai and Hyderabad. Accordingly, since the RBI has increased the interest rates, home loan rates are high. At the same time, due to a recession-like scenario in the world, many international and domestic companies have reduced their staff. Despite this, a huge increase has been recorded in the sale of houses in the second quarter.

 

In seven metro cities, in the second quarter, 1.15 lakh houses were sold. Last year, during the second quarter, 84,940 houses were sold. An increase of 36 per cent has been recorded this year. The share of Mumbai and Pune in the sale of houses is 51 per cent. In both these cities, 58,770 houses have been sold. The Maximum increase in sale of houses (65 per cent) has been recorded in Pune. Last year, during the second quarter, 12,500 houses were sold. This year, it has reached 20,680.

 

In the second quarter in the country, the number of houses sold has reached 1 lakh. Compared to last year, there has been an increase of 25 pc. Last year, during the second quarter, it was 82,150. The share of Mumbai and Pune in sale of houses is 31 and 29 per cent.

 

“The hike in loan rates has not much of an impact on the housing sector. Although a recession-like atmosphere prevails in the world, the sale of houses is increasing. The sale of houses in seven metro cities has reached the highest level,” said Chairman of Anarock Group Anuj Puri.
