RBI Recruitment 2021: Apply for 322 Grade B Officer Posts

RBI recruitment 2021 is currently underway for 322 Grade B officer vacancies for which online applications have been invited by the Reserve Bank of India. The vacancies available are that of Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) General, Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) DEPR, and Officers in Grade ‘B ’(DR) DSIM.

 Selected candidates will draw a starting basic pay of Rs 35,150 per month. Furthermore, officers in Grade B and will also be eligible for dearness allowance, local allowance, house rent allowance, family allowance and grade allowance as per rules in force from time to time, says the official website.

Officer Grade B (General) – 270 posts

Officer Grade B (DEPR) – 29 posts

Officer Grade B (DSIM) – 26 posts

Total number of posts – 322

Qualification and Criteria:

For RBI Officer Grade B (General), one should have passed the degree examination in any subject with at least 60%. For SC, ST- 55% marks. Or post-graduation with at least 55% marks in any subject.

For Officer Grade B (DIPR and DSIM) – Must have done Master Degree or PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma) in the relevant field.

Age limit:

The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum age is 30 years. The age limit for MPhil and Ph.D. candidates is minimum 32 years and maximum 34 years. Age limit will be given for reserved classes.

RBI Grade B Recruitment 2021: How to apply?

Interested candidates with the required eligibility can apply for the vacancies from 28 January to 15 February 2021. An online application and intimations charges of Rs 850 needs to be paid by General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and SC, ST, and PwBD candidates need to pay Rs 100 only.
