RBI delisted 4230 NBFCs across India; 6 from Pune

Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has delisted 4230 Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) across India, a complete city wise list has been provided by RBI.

Such 4230 NBFCs are from various states and cities all over the nation including New Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Chennai, Goa, Jammu & Kashmir and other places.

A large number of Mumbai based companies have been delisted compared to other companies in the list where as the number is few in New Delhi.

Some Mumbai based companies such as Kotak Mahindra Capital Co., Reliance Communications Investment & Leasing Ltd., Multiplier Finance & Investments Private Limited., Finolex Investments Co. Pvt. Ltd., Zuari Investments Limited., Tata Autocomp Systems Ltd., Birla Leasing & Infrastructure Ltd., ICICI Personal Financial Services Ltd. Have been delisted by RBI.

Pune based some companies have also been delisted by RBI such as Mundhwa Investment Ltd., Forge Investment Ltd., Jalakumbhi Inv. & Finance Ltd., Bhalchandra Investment Ltd., Indianmatch Financial Services Pvt Ltd., G.M. Somjee Finance P Ltd.

Henceforth, the people have been requested to go through the list carefully and to be aware of doing any financial transactions from these companies. People have been requested to not to get into the race of buying shares of these NBFCs.
