NpNews24 Online – Punit Balan | Kashmiri Pandit Sangharsh Samiti (KPSS) celebrated Dasara festival by spreading the message of unity and communal amity in the Kashmir Valley. During the festival, KPSS President Sanjay Tikku praised the efforts made by Punit Balan and thanked him for providing an effigy of Ravan and other logistics. Tickoo also thanked the local administration for its role in ensuring that the festival is celebrated without any restrictions.
