Pune Crime News | Hotel owner misbehaves with police officer of Crime Branch at Deccan police station
PUNE : Pune Crime News | An incident has come to light wherein the owner of a hotel which was open till late in the night, had an argument with a police officer after he was told to close the hotel. The incident took place in the limits of Deccan police station.
Sr PI Shrihari Ramchandra Bahirat (53), unit 3 of Crime Branch, has lodged a complaint. Accordingly, the owner of the hotel, Sachin Haribhau Bhagre (33), a resident of Narayan Peth, has been arrested. An FIR has been registered at the Deccan police station.
Srihari Bahirat was on duty on the night of July 16 in the Vishrambaug division. He saw that a hotel was open at 1.30 am on the river bed at Deccan. He told the owner of the hotel, Sachin Bhagre, to close the hotel. Bhagre had an argument with Bahirat on the issue. Hence, Bhagre had been taken to the Deccan police station for further action.
Bhagre told Bahirat he could do wanted to and pushed his hand aside. He also pushed a policeman and obstructed government work. An FIR has been registered at the Deccan police station. PI Salunkhe is probing the case.
