PUNE : PMC Recruitment 2023 | The PMC is going to carry out recruitment for 581 posts. A recruitment drive for primary teachers, peons and other posts (581) has been announced. The last day of applying is June 15, 2023. Interested candidates can apply on the official website of the civic body https://pmc.gov.in/.

Educational Qualifications

Primary teachers

Fifty per cent marks in all subjects and BED degree with 50 per cent marks

Two years’ experience in teaching in recognised school

Age limit: 35 years

Peon
SSC pass, Experience not required
Age limit: 30 years

The PMC has also declared vacancies for posts of laboratory assistant, clerk and driver. Educational qualifications and experience for these posts are different. Interested candidates should check the official notification.

Higher secondary teacher: 21
Part time teacher: 133
Principal: 1
Supervisor: 1
Secondary teacher: 35
Secondary teacher (primary): 5
Junior clerk: 2
Full time librarian: 1
Laboratory assistant computer lab: 1
Laboratory assistant science lab: 1
Peons: 10

Application charges
Application fees for general category candidates: ₹500 and SC/ST/PWD candidates ₹250
Applications should be submitted with necessary documents

Selection process
Written examination and interview
Written exam will be held on June 25, 2023
Interview will be held on July 15, 2023

Salary

₹25,000 per month for primary teachers

₹15,000 per month for peons
Salaries will be different for other posts
PF, medical insurance and leave travel allowance will be provided
