Raghuleela Mall’s ceiling collapsed

The dreadful incident occurred in Vashi mall on Tuesday.

The incident took place at Raghuleela Mall which is opposite to Railway Station in Navi Mumbai, a part of ceiling today collapsed at 12.25 pm.

However, there are no reports of the injuries or death occurred in this accident. The mall is closed as it is currently being cleared of the debris.

Raghuleela Mall, where hundreds of people visit daily for shopping, is also a famous tourist destination in Vashi area.

Cause of the collapse is yet to be known. It is because of the rains or not is still being investigated upon.

An eyewitness said, “At around 12.25 pm, customers were busy shopping at that time suddenly a ceiling collapsed. After the accident the security officials told the people to stay inside the mall.”
