How to be stress free? Try ‘these’ tips

New Delhi: Every person is facing some kind of stress in their day to day life. This has led to anxiety and depression. People have different types of stress such as office tensions, relationship stress. The main reasons for mental health problems are overthinking and stress. There are ways in which one can get stress free.

 

Ways to feel stress free are

Workout daily

If you want to maintain mental and physical health, then make a habit of exercising. Exercising regularly can benefit you in many ways.  Scientists believe that exercise increases blood circulation in the brain, exercise plays an important role in controlling mood and stress conditions. Also, endorphins release the feel-good hormone in the body.

Organise your day

If you want to calm your body and brain, then rest for at least an hour before sleeping. Keep your smartphone down, do not spend time on it. Take a bath with hot water, read a book, listen to music and meditate. All these habits can prove to be very effective for maintaining mental health.

Avoid caffeine and eat healthy

Avoid consuming s nicotine or coffee at night, especially if you have insomnia. Do not consume alcohol at all. Alcohol and coffee cannot relieve your stress, so avoid these things.

Feel comfortable in bedroom

Your room should be comfortable enough for you. For good sleep, your bed should be comfortable, especially your pillow should be soft and warm. The room temperature should be around 35 to 40 degrees. This temperature is best for the body. If you want your mind to feel very light then don’t watch television in the bedroom.
