FIR registered against former BJP corporator Vivek Yadav at Lashkar police station over row between two groups

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  FIR On BJP Ex-Corporator Vivek Yadav | An FIR has been registered against former BJP corporator Vivek Yadav and 8/10 others for creating a ruckus at the Lashkar police station after a row between two groups. Meanwhile, the Lashkar police have arrested three people. (FIR On BJP Ex-Corporator Vivek Yadav)

 

The FIR has been registered against Vivek Yadav (40), a resident of Wanawadi, his brother Santosh Yadav (25), a resident of Lulla Nagar, Sagar Vairya (20), Pankaj Jagtap (35), a resident of Lashkar, Sushil Yadav (35), Shivaji alias Chhatya and three to five others. Amit Narayan More (28), a resident of Lashkar, has lodged a complaint. The incident took place in the Lashkar area at 11.30 pm on Friday.

 

A huge procession was taken out in the Lashkar area on the occasion of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary. The complainant, Amit More, had participated in the rally. After the procession reached Bata Chowk, More’s acquaintances Santosh Yadav, Sagar Vairya and their other aides pushed More aside and assaulted More’s aide.

 

More had gone to the Lashkar police station to lodge a complaint about the incident. Former corporator Vivek Yadav had also gone to Lashkar police station with his aides. Yadav took out a pistol and told More to withdraw his complaint and threatened to kill him. Another FIR has been registered against Vivek Yadav, who has been granted bail in a MCOCA case, at the Lashkar police station for obstructing official work. API Sheetal Jadhav is carrying out an investigation into the case under the guidance of DCP Smartana Patil and Sr PI Rajesh Tatkare of Lashkar police station.
