Experience turn students into human being

Pandurang Pole, Chief Executive Officer, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Maharashtra State stressed on the importance of the experience over the bookish knowledge.

Pole was addressing an alumni meet of KJ Educational Institute’s Trinity Academy of Engineering, Trinity College of Engineering and Management Research, KJ College of Engineering and Management Research & Trinity Institute of Management Research conducted recently. Students from batches 2012 to 2018 attended the meet.

While addressing alumni, Pole said, “Experiences teaches a lot and it helps students to become a human. In this process, college helps a lot hence one should not forget college’s contribution to their life and alumni meet is the opportunity to share their gratitude.”

Ajay Doke, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Hrishikesh Dhande, Academic Head, TCS, Kalyan Jadhav, President, Vinod Jadhav, Treasurer and Harshada Jadhav, Managing Director, Vyasraj Kakhandki, Executive Director of KJEI,  Dr Suhas Khot, Principal of KJ College of engineering and Management Research and Coordinator of the alumni meet, Dr Haribhau Phakatkar, Principal, Trinity College of Engineering, Dr Nilesh Uke, Principal, Trinity Academy and many more eminent personalities were present on the occasion.

While addressing alumni, Ajay Doke said, “Alumni should take initiative to share their experiences with present students from the colleges. This will give them direction. Also one should try to become a job creator, not a job seeker.”

Kalyan Jadhav also addressed students, he stressed on various initiatives of the colleges to contribute in students’ life and boost their knowledge. He said, “Students should look beyond jobs. KJEI are working towards providing new skills to students based on which they will be able to become an entrepreneur.”

The alumni meet was a great opportunity for the students to revive the old days they spent at the college. Alumni not only enjoyed a visit to the classrooms but also their favorite kitties in the institute premises. Along with exchanging their progress with professors, they experience old days again on the campus. The campus was bustling with the chatter, experiences these students lived at the campus.
