CRITICAL SITUATION FOR INDIA : 386 New Cases in 24 hours, 134 Nizamuddin Corona Cases

New Delhi : Coronavirus has caused panic all over the world. Thousands of deaths are occurring every day due to this epidemic. Now its direct impact is visible in India. Currently, there are 1906 corona positive patients in the country. While 53 people have died so far. The Ministry of Health has presented the latest data on Corona.

According to the data, 386 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours. While 3 patients died. It was also reported that the increase does not reflect the rate of spread of infection at the national level, but the Nizamuddin Markaz was the main reason for this increase. Several cases of corona infection were reported on Monday and Tuesday in people present in the gathering of Tablighi Jamaat which took place from March 1st to 15th March in Nizamuddin area in Delhi. Ministry of Health Spokesperson Lav Agarwal said that 1800 people present in the gathering of Tablighi Jamaat have been sent to 9 hospitals and quarantine centers.

According to the information received, 386 cases have been reported in 24 hours, out of which 134 cases have come from those who participated in the Tabligi Jamaat program. According to the ministry, there have been a total of 1637 cases of coronavirus infection in the country while the death toll of patients suffering from infection has reached 38. It is reported that 47,951 tests for the Covid-19 have been conducted in the country so far, of which 4,562 were conducted on Tuesday at the ICMR Network Lab.
