7-year-old punishes father of not building a toilet; Takes him to police!

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- How can a 7-year-old be so sensible? You might wonder after reading this story as an act of bravery has come up. A 7-year-old kid finally after two years made a decision to call the police in order to punish her father.

Her father was about to build her a toilet at their home which he had promised his daughter two years ago. Even after the passage of two years he was not able to keep her promise and took her father to police station.

The girl named E Hanifa Zaara, lives in Ambur, Tamil Nadu with her father. She has accused his father of not building a toilet.

According to cops, Zaara told the police that ever since she started going to school she has always topped in her class. She is currently studying in class 2 currently and two years ago she studied in lower Kindergarten (LKG).

Zaara kicked off her protest in a  night’s time said her mother, Mehareen (26). She narrated the whole story about what happened that day, about how Zaara insisted her mother to go the police station with her after she returned from school giving her half-yearly exams.

She said, “I tried to explain her our financial position and how her father is currently unemployed. But nothing could dissuade her. She had stopped eating since Sunday night, so I had to go with her.”

Then Zaara took her mother along to all-women police station. Police sub-inspector A Valarmathi told that Zaara had brought around 20 medals and certificates along with her to prove her academic excellence.

Zaara said in this regard, “He promised to construct the toilet two years back and to this date he hasn’t built it. I am a growing girl and I feel embarrassed and ashamed to defecate in the open. Thus, I approached the police station to lodge a complaint against my father”.

Alter after the complaint, when Esanullah, Zaara’s father received a call from the lady police officer at around 3:30 pm, he got scared, he said, “I was quite scared when the lady officer called me to immediately report to the police station. I was puzzled when I saw my wife and daughter in the police station. The inspector then apprised me about the situation and asked me to convince Hanifa and take her home.”

After this incident, since Zaara’s family doesn’t have proper financial conditions, the authorities came to their home few hours later and assured them to build a new toilet.

Zaara’s father should be thankful to her brave, bold and strong daughter, who took a stand and brought a change in their family, or else who would have?
