Youth tries to save friend from being assaulted; Brutally assaulted by three people in Mundhwa
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | A youth who wanted to help his friend who was being assaulted, was assaulted by three people and was seriously injured. Vishal Vitthal Nagtilak (32), a resident of Mundhwa, has lodged a complaint (115/23) at the Mundhwa police station. Accordingly, the police have arrested Sarthak Santosh Himgire (19) and Hrishikesh Gaikwad (21) and they are searching for their aide Anup Amar Dhage (24). According to the police, the complainant and his friend Tejas were going towards Orbis School from Lonkar Chowk. The accused, were riding a motorcycle, came there. They asked Tejas why he had stopped by the roadside and started assaulting him. When the complainant tried to help his friend, they questioned him for interfering in their dispute. The accused assaulted the complainant with a sharp weapon injuring him seriously. Since the complainant was scared, he did not lodge a complaint. He lodged a complaint with the police on Wednesday and the police have arrested two people.
