Six agreements signed in between India and Japan

Tokyo: NPNEWS24 ONLINE- The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is on Japan’s tour. He held talks with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Monday. During this meeting, Six agreements were signed in between India and Japan including the high-speed rail project. These two leaders also discussed the various issues from regional to global like the situation in Indo-Pacific region.

In this meeting both the leaders agreed on working together for the free flow of trade, people, ideas and technology by enhancing communication and connectivity.

After this talks, PM Modi said, “We both agreed to  strengthen our relations in every field from the health sector, defence sectors, cyberspace, ocean to space etc.”

The review also takes place on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad high-speed rail project n this meeting. An agreement also signed in the defence field, on the implementing corporation between the Indian and Japan Maritime Self- Defense Force (JMSDF).

Prime Minister is in Tokyo for attending the 13th India- Japan annual summit. While addressing the PM Modi said in Seminar, ‘Make in India: India-Japan Partnership in Africa and Digital Partnership “A few years ago, I spoke about the making mini- Japan in India. Today,  It’s a matter of great happiness for me.”
