Pune Rainfall | Pune to witness rains for a week: Light to moderate rainfall in city

PUNE : Pune Rainfall | The sky was cloudy on Saturday morning and it was raining continuously. While it was expected that rain would continue throughout the day, the rain took a break in the afternoon. The IMD has forecast that the cloudy weather will continue for two-three days and there will be light to moderate rainfall.

 

From June last week, it has been raining regularly in Pune. After a dry June, it is raining in July. It started raining from July 1. It started raining since morning. Later, the skies were cloudy in the afternoon. This gave an opportunity for Puneites to venture out of their homes. Since Saturday was a holiday, many people had planned to go for an outing. This led to traffic jams in many areas.

 

On July 1, 20 mm rain was recorded in Pune. In June, 104 mm rain was recorded in Pune. The rain was recorded in Pune in the last week of June because the monsoon started only after June 25. The IMD has forecast that there will be good rains in July.
Heavy rains have been forecast in ghat areas in the next few days. Hence, tourists should take care while going on a holiday, the IMD has appealed.
