Pune PMPML Bus | Good news for Puneites: Ratrani buses will operate from today on five routes
PUNE : Pune PMPML Bus | There is good news for those travelling by PMPML buses. The Ratrani service which had been shut abruptly is going to be re-started on June 8. In the first phase, the service will be started on five routes on a trial basis.
Since the PMPML had suddenly stopped the Ratrani service, the passengers were facing a lot of inconvenience. PMPML Chairman Omprakash Bakoria has issued orders that the service should be started from Thursday. In the first phase, the service is being started on five routes with one bus. For the journey, the passengers would have to pay a fare of ₹5 more than the normal fare. The bus will be operated every hour. The number of buses would be increased after seeing the response from passengers.
1) Katraj to Wakdewadi Stand (Route: Swargate, Shanipar, PMC office)
2) Katraj to Pune station (Route: Swargate, Nana Peth, Rasta Peth)
3) Hadapsar To Swargate (Route: Vaiduwadi, Ramtekdi, Pulgate)
4) Hadapsar To Pune station (Route: Pulgate, Bombay Garage, Westend theatre)
5) Pune Station To NDA Gate (Route: Nana Peth, Laxmi Road, Deccan Corner)
Note: From 11.30 pm to 5.30 am, some buses will be available every hour. Some buses will operate every 90 minutes. There will be changes in the frequency of the buses depending on the response from passengers.
