Pune News | Dahi Handi Mahotsav will be organised jointly by Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust and Guruji Talim Mandal
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune News | A huge Dahi Handi Mahotsav has been organised this year jointly by the Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust and Guruji Talim Mandal. Music director duo Ajay-Atul, actor Pravin Tarde, Esshanya Maheshwari, cricketer Kedar Jadhav, DJ Tapeshwari, DJ Akhil Talreja will be present at the Mahotsav. (Pune News)
After the coronavirus epidemic was over, the government decided to celebrate festivals without any restrictions. Accordingly, the first public Ganesh mandal in the country, Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust and the third revered Ganpati, Guruji Talim Mandal, have started celebrating public Dahi Handi festival in a grand manner since last year. The Dahi Handi Mahotsav is held on Laxmi Road.
Last year, the handi (pot) was broken in the presence of 50,000 youths. This is the second year of the Mahotsav. The event is going to begin on Thursday at 4 pm.
The Trustee of Shrimant Bhausaheb Rangari Ganpati Trust and the Festival Head, Punit Balan, has appealed to youths to attend the programme in large numbers.
