Pune Artists For Vienna Music Festival | Three young artistes selected to perform at international music event in Vienna
PUNE : Pune Artists For Vienna Music Festival | To celebrate the friendly political ties between India and Austria, a musical programme has been organised at Vienna on June 17. Twenty seven young artistes and performers have been selected to perform at the event and they include three Puneites: Ruchir Ingle, Iravati Joshi and Antara Bapat.
Indian National Youth Orchestra and Chorus and Vienna University Philharmonic have organised a programme ‘Carmina Burana’ whose music has been composed by Carl Orff. After the performance at Vienna on June 17, the programme will be held at Lucknow on October 29 and New Delhi on October 31.
Ruchir Ingle, Iravati Joshi and Antara Bapat have got an opportunity to play violin at the international-level programme. The three are learning violin from Rama Chobhe who is the Founder of Suzuki School of Violin, for 12 years.
