FIR registered against Director of SN Systems Private Limited Omkar Sunil Nathi for embezzling provident fund of employees

Pune : NpNews24 Online  – Pune Crime News | An FIR has been registered against Director of SN Systems Private Limited Omkar Sunil Nathi, a resident of Sahakar Nagar, at the Dattawadi police station under sections 406, 409 of the IPC for embezzling 11 months’ provident fund. (Pune Crime News)

The accused Omkar Sunil Nathi embezzled 11 months’ provident fund from the salaries of employees of SN Systems Private Limited, unit number 30, Electronic Co-op Estate Limited (Parvati) from January 2020 to November 2020 amounting to ₹2.83 lakh.

However, instead of depositing the amount in the provident fund office, he cheated the employees by using the money for his personal gains. Hence, an FIR has been registered. API Dongre is probing the case.
