COVID19 Pune: Cases in the city rally, 528 new cases on Saturday

Pune: The situation in the city seems to be getting difficult yet again with a substantial rise in the number of covid-19 new cases. In the last 24 hours, a total of 528 new patients were detected while 16 people died.

According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 1, 69, 394 out of which 1,59, 429 have been cured while 4452 have died. There are still 5507 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.

Currently, of these total cases 400 are critical and 248 are on ventilators.
