Actress alleges rape and assault by ex-boyfriend

NPnews24 Online Mumbai: Mumbai-based actress has filed case against her former lover for allegedly raping her. Former boyfriend has allegedly rape and assault her, actress claimed in her complaint.

The 26-year-old complainant had met the accused, a 34-year-old actor model during a shoot in 2017.

Accused based in Noida, used to travel in Mumbai to meet the complainant, and while into relationship he did not tell her that he was married and he promised to marry her.

Complainant alleged that accused asked her to keep distance from her friends and to not work with any male actors or models. He beat and abused her number of times for not following his instruction she said in the complaint.

Police registered an FIR and looking for accused to be in front of them. He has been booked under section IPC 376 (2) (n), 323, 504 and 506.
