Uddhav government approves proposal to stop trains and flights between Mumbai-Delhi

New Delhi: In view of the increasing cases of corona in Delhi, a house to house survey is being conducted here today. At the same time, the Maharashtra government is considering shutting down the airline between Delhi and Mumbai. It is believed that not only the airline service, the ongoing rail service between the two states can also be stopped. The Maharashtra government can take a big decision on this subject soon.
Apparently, on one hand, work is being done to restore the industry system by eliminating lockdowns in the whole country, but the way the people have lost their lives in the last few days in Delhi due to corona, the Maharashtra government is worried and it is taking precautionary steps to reduce its effect in Maharashtra.

However, it has also been said by the government that if the decision is taken, people will be given 48 hours. On Friday morning, the Maharashtra CM spoke to the officials, during which it was proposed that Corona cases have increased considerably in Delhi. There is also a lot of movement of people between Delhi and Mumbai. Therefore, to prevent corona, traffic between the two states should be stopped. After which the Maharashtra CM has directed to take forward the proposal.

Officials have said that this proposal is currently being worked out. Whenever it is implemented, people will be given 48 hours time. It is believed that until the corona is controlled in Delhi, the airline and the rail service can remain closed. Now all the agencies will talk among themselves and issue an order on the decision.

The death toll from Corona in Delhi has gone beyond 8 thousand. In the last 24 hours, 98 other patients have lost their lives. Corona outbreak is seen again in Delhi after the festive season. With the death of 98 people, the death toll has risen to 8,041.

Earlier on Wednesday, 131 people died in Delhi. There is also this new record of cases of death due to corona in one day in the capital. Earlier, in the Health Bulletin issued by the Delhi Government on November 12, 104 people died in 24 hours.

All schools will remain closed till 31 December
The Maharashtra government has decided to close all schools under the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) by 31 December. Maharashtra government was earlier scheduled to open schools from 9th to 12th from November 23. But now due to Corona, it has been decided to keep them closed till 31 December.

BMC says that all schools under BMC’s jurisdiction will remain closed and this decision is a precautionary measure and has been taken keeping in mind the current Covid19 situation.
