Two banks of world’s second wonder attacked; 5 Hostages,12 others died

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- Among the seven wonders of world, Rio De Janeiro’s Christ Redeemer in Brazil is known as the world’s second wonder which is a statue of Jesus Christ.

This attack by robbers in Brazil has now created a terror in the minds of Brazilians as some robbers looted two banks of Brazil killing 12 people and 5 hostages. After which a tension has been created in the area.

Local mayor Lensel Landim was told that the 5 hostages who were killed were from the same family. They were returning from a nearby airport and suddenly few robbers appeared and made them their hostages.

According to reports, the robbers blocked the road and all the cars were stopped from passing by. Family present inside the car went to Sao Paulo to celebrate Christmas. Immediately after the police arrived, robbers killed the hostages and after which police straight away encountered the robbers.

During this time, the robbers and police had a great firing among the two and 6 members of their gang died and while six normal citizens also lost their lives in it.

Police is trying to identify the dead bodies, during this time the police seized three vehicles, weapons and explosives used in this attack by the robbers. The goons attacked two banks situated on the same street in Milagres, Brazil. Local resident Sainta Helena said, “I have not seen such type of incident before.”
