Hina Khan recently said in an interview to a newspaper that ” ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ was my first serial. She said that I wanted to move forward. Wanted to try something new. If I were still doing that show today, I would have become a grandmother. She said that as long as she was in the serial, I knew the set and the house just two places, but after leaving it, I knew what else I can do.”
Hina Khan said that, “it seems to me that ‘Bigg Boss’ is the show that gave me a different identity, that show made a very good place for me. She said that I think the decision to leave the Ghaghra Choli show after working for 8 years and I think this decision was my best decision. Hina said that I do not want to be tied in a character, so I want to play such a character, in which my different talents are seen. She said that my audience should know that Hina Khan can do comedy, thriller, drama, horror, romance.”
On dressing sense, she said, I used to do the same thing for eight consecutive years wearing ghagra choli, salwar suit and saree, then I did not get a chance to show other things. I wanted from inside that I do not have to wear salwar, suit, saree, ghagra and all this dream was fulfilled after getting into Bigg Boss house.
Talking about the web series ‘Damaged 2’, she said that I first saw the web Worked in the series. In this my character used to be drunk and for this I had to smoke, which I do not like in personal life.
