In this regard, the plaintiff, Subhashchandra Srimunilal Sharma, filed a complaint against the accused, identified as Vinod Kumar Sharma, at Wanwadi Police Station. Sharma is originally a resident of Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh.

The plaintiff complained that the accused, Vinod Kumar Sharma, lured the plaintiff into securing his son’s admission in computer science engineering at a good college. For this reason, he asked the plaintiff to send his son’s complete information on some unidentified mail id and demanded Rs 19 lakh, 9 thousand from the plaintiff.

Believing him, the plaintiff deposited the given amount on the accused’s account. However, after receiving the payment, the accused stopped all contact with the plaintiff, leaving them completely off-guard about their son’s admission process.
