Pune : FIR for violating COVID19 rules at VVIP wedding; Sharad Pawar, Sanjay Raut also attended the function

 

Pune : The Uddhav government has given instructions to be strict in view of the growing case of Corona in Maharashtra. Meanwhile, a case has been registered in Pune for over-gathering of people in a VVIP wedding ceremony. This wedding ceremony was held by the former MP Dhananjay Mahadik. Many VVIPs were seen without masks at his son’s wedding. Former chief ministers and ministers were also involved in this.

A case of violation of Covid-19 rules has been registered against former MP Dhananjay Mahadik and two others in Pune.

It is being told that NCP chief Sharad Pawar, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut and former CM Devendra Fadnavis had also attended this wedding. The son of the former BJP MP got married on Sunday. On the same day at 7 pm, CM Uddhav Thackeray was addressing the people of the state regarding Corona. The CM had given strict instructions to wear mask, but at this wedding, only the leaders were seen violating the rules.

A case has been registered at Hadapsar police station against former BJP MP Dhananjay Mahadik, Laxmi Lounge owner Vivek Magar and manager Nirupal Kedar for violating Corona rules. This information was given by senior police inspector Balakrishna Kadam.

The lockdown has been implemented in many districts due to the growing Corona case in Maharashtra. Apart from this, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray is appealing to the people to follow the rules. In one of his addresses, CM Uddhav said that the government is ready to control the corona, but people have to be careful. If people do not wear masks, then lockdown will be imposed. In view of the prevailing situation, government meetings, religious meetings and political rallies have been banned in the state.
