Mentorship Programm for Architect Students started

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune News | “The first session of “Golden Jump-start: Mentorship Program” was conducted on 12th December 2022, facilitated by Ms. Apoorva Kulkarni, the Director of Operations, VK Group. It was the beginning of a 6-part session organized as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the architectural firm, in collaboration with SETU. (Pune News)

The mentorship is a one-of its kind finishing school for the final year students and young architects. 30 selected participants have the unique opportunity to interact with architects in the field to understand the various practical aspects of setting up and managing a successful architectural design firm.

Through her talk on ‘Building your Architectural Practice’, Ms. Apoorva set the scene for the coming days. With an experience of more than 15 years in public relations, marketing and operations, she started with the importance of having a well laid-out business plan and understanding of legalities involved, for creating a solid foundation when starting out one’s own practice. She stressed on the need for architectural collaborations, networking and maintaining good business relationships through refined soft skills to make good use of the existing resources. Session on ‘Design management and Financial Management’ was conducted by Ar. Hrishikesh Kulkarni, Architect and Partner at VK Group.”
