Kangana Ranaut on Deepika Padukone’s visit to JNU – “She knows what she is doing”

Mumbai: npnews24 Online – Recently, actress Deepika Padukone went to Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) in Delhi. There was a lot of discussion about this. Some people came in support of Deepika and some people opposed her. People even demanded not to buy Deepika’s film.
Kangana Ranaut has reacted to this.
What did Kangana say when Deepika went to JNU?
In a conversation, Kangana said- Deepika knows what she is doing and what she is standing for. Deepika has the right to express her Democratic rights. It will not be right that I give my opinion on Deepika’s stand. I say that they should or should not do this. This will not be right. All I can say is I will never stand behind the ‘tukde tukde’ gang, whatever happens. I do not want to support any gang that divides the country.
With this, when Kangana was asked that #BoycottChhapaak was trending on social media about Deepika’s film, do you think celebrities do not speak openly because people will not buy their film? So Kangana said on this, I do not think it works. She also emphasized that if the film is good then it will run, no matter the other things. She also added, “She knows what she is doing”
Chhapak was released in theaters on January 10 and because Deepika had gone to JNU just before the release of the film, people had called it a publicity stunt.
